Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RouteWork (the “Service”), operated by Fintexa Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RouteWork is a delivery management platform that provides route optimization, real-time GPS tracking, proof of delivery, team management, and related services. The Service includes a web dashboard, iOS and Android mobile applications, and backend API services.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account or be invited to join a team. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service offers subscription plans (Starter, Professional, and Business) with varying features and team size limits. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service to track individuals without their knowledge and consent

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including the collection of location data from drivers, complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You must inform your team members that their location will be tracked while using the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Fintexa Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintexa Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that route optimizations will be optimal in all circumstances or that GPS tracking will be accurate at all times.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bonneville County, Idaho.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
